Participants will learn how to conduct a variety of monitoring activities, including:</p> <ol> <li class="plain">Photo monitoring plots </li> <li class="plain">Hydro meter stations</li> <li class="plain">Unauthorized route assessments </li> <li class="plain">Wildlife monitoring with game cameras</li> <li class="plain">Legacy tree surveys </li> </ol> <p class="plain"> </p> <p class="plain">The goal of the field day is to train interested individuals on the role of monitoring and how to use associated equipment and tools. Participants will then be prepared to assist volunteers at the Boise Forest Coalition’s Volunteer Work Day next spring.
