The Boise Forest Coalition (BFC) was formed in 2010 to develop consensus management recommendations for the Boise National Forest which address natural resource, economic, recreational and societal needs.
We are a citizen group led by a steering committee and meet 6 to 8 times a year. All are welcome, in person or virtually.
The Boise National Forest is the seventh largest National Forest in the United States and covers 2,203,703 acres. It is valued for recreation, for its natural resources and for its history, geology and water resources.
